The following list of chicken wing flavors were available at our restaurant
1.Alabama BBQ – USA - Alabama
A north Alabama white vinegar BBQ sauce. Hailed by my Alabama friends as "almost authentic". Watch out as this will pucker you mouth !!
2.Aloha BBQ – USA - Hawaii
A pineapple enhanced tomato based BBQ. Normally seen on the cabana of Waikiki. One of our sweetest BBQ sauces.
3.Ana’s Chili – MEXICO – Mexico City
A recipe from my friend Ana. She is half Mexican and half Cuban giving this dish a great punch. This sauce is a mix of Negro chillies and spices.
4.Apricot Chipotle – MEXICO - Juarez
The sweetest of the chipotle's. Apricot tones down the heat of the smoked jalapeno.
5.Arkansas BBQ - USA - Arkansas
A tangy tomato based BBQ used in northern arkansas
6.Berbere – AFRICA - Ethiopia
A pepper sauce from Ethiopia. This sauce can be served in the wet or dry variety. The dry is butter and seasoning, the wet is a homemade sauces. This is a very hot sauce using habaneros for the main pepper.
7.Basil Pesto – EUROPE - Italy
A house favorite. Lots of garlic, fresh basil, pine nuts and fresh Romano and parmesan cheeses. Our friends, the Pasquarella's provided me the recipe.
8.Canada Berry – CANADA - Winnipeg
A mixture of currant and berries with a kick in the end. This sauce is by special request.
9.Canada BBQ – CANADA - Vancouver
Applesauce gives this sauce its thickness. A very sweet BBQ sauce. This is a kid's favorite sauce.
10.Carolina BBQ – USA - North Carolina
This sauce is a traditional North Carolina BBQ sauce used on pork and beef. We think it works well for chicken as well. A mix of Ketchup, brown sugar, garlic and dry mustard with a twang.
11.Cajun Garlic Hot – USA - Louisiana
A Garlicky mix of Cayenne Pepper and Tomatoes. Made with tons of garlic, so don't breath on any vampires ! One of our most popular sauces
12.Caribbean Hot – CARIBBEAN - Trinidad
A Habanero hot sauce usually referred to as Son-of-a-Beach Hot Sauce. This sauce has Papayas and vinegar to lend a unique taste.
13.Cherry Chipotle – MEXICO - Juarez
A subtle change from Raspberry to Cherry, gives this Chipotle a sweeter aftertaste.
14.Chipotle BBQ – MEXICO - Juarez
A smokey, sweet BBQ using Chipotle peppers in adobe sauce. This is currently one of our most popular sauces.
15.Cranberry Horseradish – USA - Massachusetts
A classic New England recipe used by the Pilgrims. This spiced up the original turkey for Thanksgiving ! You will either love it or hate it, but you got to give it a try. Our only pink wing sauce.
16.Creamy Cajun – USA - Louisiana
A thick Cajun gravy, used on chicken fried steak inspired by Paul Prudome. This cream sauce has a mixture of 5 different peppers.
17.Cuban Mojo – CARRIBEAN - Cuba
A Cuban sauce made with cilantro and citrus juices. This is one unqiue flavor, but you will remember it !
18.Florida BBQ – USA - Florida
This BBQ is straight from Tampa.
19.Garlic Parmesan – EUROPE - Italy
A butter sauce mixed with garlic and fresh Parmesan cheese. Warning: No vampires allowed. The amount of garlic and fresh cheese will blow you away. NOTE: NOT AVAILABLE BY BOTTLE.
20.Garlic Soy – ASIA - Japan
A delicate mixture of garlic and soy gives this sauce a salty taste.
21.General Tso’s - ASIA - China
A classic Chinese restaurant sauce for chicken.
22.German Drunken – EUROPE - Germany
A German white wine with tomatoes, cloves and cinnamon. Tastes like mull wine during Christmas.
23.Green Enchilada – MEXICO - Tijuana
The classic Tex-Mex chicken enchilada sauce.
24.Habanero Hot – MEXICO - Tijuana
A mustard based habanero sauce. This is a must try for those who like things hot.
25.Harissa – MEXICO – Porta Viarta
The classic Mexican pepper sauce.
26.Honey Mustard – USA - California
A simple honey mustard combination. This is a requested sauce from our patrons
27.Honey Dijon Mustard – USA - California
A slight modification that gives this sauce a sophisticated flavor. This was another requested sauce.
28.Hot – USA – New York
A basic hot sauces that is thicker than the original. This sauce will stick to you ribs as well as the chicken wings. It has the same heat as the original, but has a creamer texture flavor. Our house favorite.
29.Indonesian BBQ – ASIA - Indonesia
A mild BBQ sauce with peanut butter. This sauce is like a mild Satay sauce used on beef and chicken.
30.Insane – USA – New York
Our hottest classic red pepper hot sauce. This is a mixture of red salveno Habenero’s (the hottest pepper recorded by taste) and the Tepin pepper (only grown in Texas, and is the hottest pepper recorded by scientists). The Habenero is between 300,000 and 500,000 Scoville units. The Tepin is recorded at 1,000,000 Scoville units.
31.Jack Daniels – USA – Tennessee
A rich whiskey sauce using Jack Daniels. Jack Daniels is really in Tennessee, however I needed something for Kentucky.
32.Jerk – CARIBBEAN - Jamaica
A classic homemade Jamaican sauce, used for Jerk Chicken.
33.Kansas BBQ – USA- Kansas
A tangy vinegar based BBQ with a tomato base.
34.Keith's Private Reserve – USA - Texas
For an extra kick, we will take our Insane and add the hottest sauce on the planet @ 7,100,000 Scoville units. For this sauce we require a waiver of immunity from prosecution for all employees of Wings Around the World, LLC . NOTE: We charge a $3.00 charge per wing for this sauce. However, if you eat 5 of these wings without dipping, I will give you a certificate for free wings, and take your picture to immortalize you on the wall of pain.
35.Korean BBQ – ASIA – South Korea
A soy sauce BBQ sauce. Korean chefs tell me this is authentic Korean BBQ.
36.Lemon Pepper – EUROPE - England
An old favorite. This is our most popular seasoning. Lemon Butter with Lemon Pepper seasoning. NOT AVAILABLE BY BOTTLE.
37.Lime Pepper – EUROPE - England
A new sensation. Lime butter with Lime Pepper seasoning. This one will pucker your lips. NOT AVAILABLE BY BOTTLE.
38.Marinara – EUROPE - Italy
An old family recipe from my Aunt Norma. A classic Italian tomato sauce. Good on chicken as well as pasta.
39.Marsala – Butter – INDIA - Madras
A chef favorite. A blend of tandori marsala, and graham marsala spices in a rich tomato sauce.
40.Miami Mojo – USA - Florida
A classic tomato based mojo with lots of orange, lemon and lime juice. Only available by special request.
41.Mild – USA – New York
A toned down version of the Hot sauce. We use pure butter to cut the heat of this sauce.
42.Missouri BBQ – USA - Missouri
A very tangy, vinegar based BBQ sauce. Pucker up for this one !
43.Nuclear – USA – New York
This one will blow your mind ! A super hot sauce, but not as hot as our insane.
44.Oklahoma BBQ – USA - Oklahoma
A tomato based BBQ sauce with enhanced with Oklahoma's state drink – BEER !
45.Old Bay – USA - Maryland
As a young lad growing up in Maryland, this was our staple seasoning. Old Bay is used for seafood, chicken and beef. This is one of our dry rub sauces. We dip the wings in pure butter and then add the seasoning. NOT AVAILABLE BY BOTTLE.
46.Original – USA – New York
The original Cayenne Pepper Sauce from the Anchor Bar in New York (Where buffalo wings were developed). We use it straight, just like Frank would want us to.
47.Peking – ASIA - China
A sweet soy sauce made with sherry and honey, with a dash of Tabasco
48.Poblano Whiskey – MEXICO – Mexico City
A mix of roasted poblano peppers, onions and Jim Bean Whiskey. This is already becoming a house favorite.
49.Portuguese BadLand – EUROPE - Portugal
A traditional Portuguese sauces made with onions and parsley.
50.Prince Charlie – EUROPE - Scotland
A blend of Drambui, Cream, Apples and Almonds.
51.Ranch – USA - Arizona
A Butter based sauce with Ranch Dry seasoning. A kids favorite. NOT AVAILABLE BY BOTTLE.
52.Raspberry Chipotle – MEXICO - Juarez
A Tex-Mex favorite. Raspberries and smoked jalapenos make this a great sauce.
53.Red Curry – INDIA - Punjab
A spicy curry sauce made with red curry and coconut milk.
54.Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo – EUROPE - Italy

64.Sun Dried Tomato Pesto - EUROPE - Italy

73.Thai Curry (Green Curry) – ASIA - Thailand
A green curry with mint. Very spicy.
74.Thai Drunken – ASIA - Thailand
(Peek Gai Mao Daeng) – A spicy Thai sauce with lemon grass and cilantro.

A blend of thai sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Just enough to pucker your mouth and get that sweet and hot sensation.

80.Vermont BBQ – USA - Vermont
A maple based BBQ, making this one within the top three sweetest BBQs.
81.Wimpy – USA – New York
For those who want to look like they are eating the Hot wings, without the burn. We take the Mild and cut it again with more pure butter.
82.Wine Country – USA - California
A California tradition - use wine for everything (or was that the French). California also produces a lot of mustard in the same fields, so the combination was a no brainier, therefore this mustard wine combination is a favorite of all our California cousins.
83.Xnipec (Yucatan Hot Sauce) - MEXICO - Yucatan
A very, very, very hot sauces derived from Yucatan, Mexico.
84.Yellow Curry – INDIA - Punjab
A mild curry sauce made with yellow curry.
